The 15 th Annual DELTONA SPRING
FEST will take place April 9-10, 2011. The
location is at Dewey O. Boster Park Sports Complex located at 1200
Saxon Blvd. in Deltona, Florida. This event is a "Celebration of Cultural Heritage
and Education." It provides a cultural and educational environment for all to participate, promoting the enhancement of cultural
heritage and education through food, crafts, art, exhibits, music and dance. Proceeds will benefit educational programs within the city of Deltona. We look forward to your participation this year and ask that you familiarize yourself with the following information to ensure a "problem free" event.

EXHIBITOR/CRAFT: All spaces will be 10'
x 10'. You will need to provide your own table/s, chairs and cover. As
there is no shade please plan accordingly. Please specify on your Application exactly what you intend to sell.
CONCESSION SPACE: Concession spaces will be limited
to Deltona vendors only. There will be NO duplications
in food items. You will be given the space requested so
be sure to accurately state your measurements (including trailer
tongue if applicable) to insure sufficient space. Ice will not be available on site.
Upon acceptance please mail or fax a copy of your insurance, listing Deltona Spring Fest and the City of Deltona as Certificate holders.
You will not be allowed to set up without proof of Insurance.
Please provide a menu with prices.

All food vendors MUST contact the Providence Fire Station for
validation of their set-up.

ELECTRIC/WATER:
Electricity will be available on a first come, first served basis (6 spaces) for an
additional fee of $20 for exhibitors. It is imperative
that you indicate on your Application the amount of amperage you will need
and exactly what it will be used for. You will need to
supply your own extension cord/s. We suggest at least 200
feet of heavy-duty cord/s. Water hook-ups are not available.

PARKING:
Parking will be in designated areas only. Vehicles will be
allowed on the grounds for set-up and tear-down only. Upon
acceptance, you will be mailed a letter of confirmation, site number, set-up
time and directions.
No vehicles will be allowed on the grounds after 9:00a.m. Saturday
and 11:00a.m.Sunday. RV parking is not available. Motel reservations may be made at Best Western-Deltona Inn, located at Deltona Exit #108 off I-4, phone
1-800-528-1234.
REGISTRATION/SET-UP: You will check in at the Flag Pole Area at
your assigned set-up time. There will only be one way in and one way out of your
space. You will be allowed to drive
to your site to unload only and then must leave and park and walk back to your
space to set-up. Your vehicle must leave your site within 15 minutes. Driving on the grass is prohibited!
GENERATORS: Are not allowed
TRASH: Participants are expected to provide their own
garbage cans and liners and to keep their space clean. Dumpsters
will be provided for disposal.
TEARDOWN: Early teardown is prohibited.
You will not be permitted to drive to your site after set-up time each day.
In an emergency situation vendors may return at evening closing
to gather their merchandise.
SECURITY: Security will be provided on a 24-hour basis
from Friday evening through Sunday at 5:00 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The Deltona Fire Marshall has informed us that all tents/canopies must be Fire Retardant. Please make sure that you have proof
that your cover carries that guarantee. If you have an EZ-UP they are already aware that
they are Fire Retardant. Any other variety will need manufacturers proof.
They will also require a Fire Extinguisher.
FLORIDA STATE SALES TAX: Each exhibitor is responsible
for collecting his or her Florida State Sales Tax on all sales made on this
weekend. Volusia County tax currently is 6.5% .
REFUNDS: Refunds will be handled on an individual basis only.
There will be no rain date.
